“This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river!”

“The stay was fine, room etc very good, was disappointed In that the pool was closed with a cable lock so no one could enter. I wish I had known it would have most likely made me look someplace else. So disappointed. ”

“The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. “We did not stay at this location for several reasons. 1) Did not know we had to sign and fill out a waiver 3) Parking was not clear and spent about half an hour finding gate and location. 4) Your pictures did not represent how it looked in the apartment. it is actually a dorm apartment. 5) Absolutely no blankets in the place.
