“What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion away from the bustling city. Breakfast and morning quiet time out by the spa viewing the distant greenery, feeling the cool breeze, and hearing birds chirping provided a great start to each day. The house was staged for a lot of people with plenty of dishes, large dining area and a multitude of chairs. The rooms were luxurious and well decorated. ”

“Definitely lots of room for vehicles, bedrooms, and backyard area. Beds were all small, more for kids than adults. A couple king-size beds would have been nice and a couple mattresses need to be replaced, def worn in the middle. Surrounding homes and area, not the best of neighborhoods, but had no issues with noise, vandalism, or safety. Close to restaurants, stores, and the Expo Center for the Lonestar Round Up. Had an issue with the projector/tv, property owners came right out and got it……

“We loved the house and the pool! The decorations inside the house were super unique and fun and felt very homey and eclectic. Kim was very good at responding and super accommodating to my guest size, even allowing me to have day visitors in addition to my already existing guests that were spending the night. My only complaint is there were a couple things in the backyard that looked worn, dirty and a bit rundown like the rug and some of the fence work but I understand the property and……

“Very nice stay. Home was quiet and convenient. Enjoyed it very much. Place was stocked with all the little things you might need and was clean. “Staycation to celebrate the Dad's in our family for an early Father's Day Swim. The Cozy Oasis was a very cute, clean, F1 themed studio above the parking area. Perfect for changing, snacking, and potty breaks while swimming. We didn't end up staying the night because the kiddos got too many bug bites (normal mosquito season). ”

“This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.”

“We were visiting family in Central Texas and this was so much better than staying in a hotel in between Austin and SA. The toll road made it super easy, the town of Lockhart had all we needed and heck, it’s the BBQ Capital of TX. Had wonderful smoked chicken.I didn’t have the WiFi password, but really didn’t need it. The house had everything we needed and having a real coffee pot was perfect for us. We liked that there were two showers, but only needed the one, and there’s a washer and dryer……
