“Stayed for a week without any great problems. Convenient to down town (as much as any place in Austin can be). We were attending state theater competitions and had easy good access to down town and the theater. While the home is in an older neighborhood that had once been nice, it is begin revitalized as we speak. Never felt unsafe. Accomodations serviceable but somewhat low (I'm a tall guy). “We loved the house and the pool! The decorations inside the house were super unique and fun and felt very homey and eclectic. Kim was very good at responding and super accommodating to my guest size, even allowing me to have day visitors in addition to my already existing guests that were spending the night. My only complaint is there were a couple things in the backyard that looked worn, dirty and a bit rundown like the rug and some of the fence work but I understand the property and……
