“I enjoyed this property and did not realize that it was still under a soft opening. We had a handicap room that was on the 4th floor, which I found odd. If there was an emergency and the elevators did not work, how would the handicap people get down from the forth floor?? Also, the pool was still under maintenance, which I didn't know about until we checked in. It was one of the reasons we picked that hotel! However, the staff was incredibly friendly and the workout room was NICE!”

“I was woken up in my sleep. There was no Do Not Disturb sign outside, but they still opened your door. I was scared to death.”
