“I have stayed here a couple of times as its convenient for visiting relatives in the area. Nice clean, quiet hotel. My room was ready upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and when I got cold there was a blanket in the closet. Front desk staff were friendly, ready with nearby recommendations and set up my wakeup call (and I got it!). Housekeeping was friendly and had my bed ready when I returned to my room. Its a little hard to find as its behind a business strip center and less obvious but thats an……

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
