“O apartamento é enorme, bem equipado, limpo e confortável. A área externa do prédio (corredores e estacionamento) deixa a desejar no quesito limpeza. A comunicação com os proprietários é rápida mas parece que por automações então tivemos dificuldades em esclarecer detalhes sobre onde poderíamos estacionar. A região do entorno é bastante deserta (apesar de ter outro prédios) então só dá para andar de carro. ”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either.
