“O apartamento é enorme, bem equipado, limpo e confortável. A área externa do prédio (corredores e estacionamento) deixa a desejar no quesito limpeza. A comunicação com os proprietários é rápida mas parece que por automações então tivemos dificuldades em esclarecer detalhes sobre onde poderíamos estacionar. “I am an old guy who does not do social media, the staff walked me through the process and I am glad they did. A full size apartment, easy access for covered gared parking in a college neighborhood near to many great dining options. Yet quiet. “Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either.
