“This is very nice property in a charming location. Pool and hot tub with lovely landscaped garden. Great for family getaway with pets. The home is just a bit dated and in need of maintenance in bathrooms, kitchen etc. Cleaning crew does not do a great job otherwise it would have been fabulous. Supplies in the kitchen is not adequate. ”

“We had the best time at this house. Comfortable beds. Great views. Fantastic backyard. Terry, the host, so friendly and lovely! Made me miss my grandpa talking to him when he called. Definitely recommend this house! We rented a van and traveled as a group to Gruene and New Braunfels one night and it was only about a 25 min ride. This house is perfect for a small group of friends or family wanting a relaxing vacation! ”

Birds everywhere & saw a river otter.It was a great mini vacay. So relaxing. Close enough to other towns where there are activities.Hiking at the at multi locations.I really lo ed Gruene. some restaurants, boutiques. Day spa for massages and a winery.”

“Had a great time at the property. View was amazing! Super clean, fully stocked with alot of stuff that I usually have to bring on a trip (wine opener, baking pans, bar items, etc). Owner communicated several times in the lead up to the visit and checked on us on the last day to see how things were.Would stay again.”
