“This house is so fantastic! Inside is so lovely and has everything you need. Comfy beds - well stocked kitchen - great living area. Outdoor space is incredible with hammocks and plenty of chairs and outdoor dining. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors. We also loved the screened in porch. We hope to stay again soon. ”

“Very nice cottage on the Guadalupe River. Clean, well appointed with everything to cook, lots of river toys, although too cold to get out there. The owner was very responsive to questions. Very cute place. ”

Had a few minor maintenance issues in one cabin on the first day--they were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Communication was excellent! One suggestion would be to put small trash cans in each bedroom; otherwise, our stay was perfect--would definitely book in the future.”

“House was super cute and the local contact was extremely responsive and friendly. Location offered easy tubing experience with several outfitters located within walking distance, as well as a few restaurants and coffee stand. Great views off of balcony and from within living room and felt more secluded than it is, as we did not realize how close the 2 other properties are that sit on that plot of land. Wish we would have known that you literally cannot get down to the river because the path has……
