“We booked this lake house specifically for the lake front access in the back yard. We have a 10-month-old and 3 older boys that love to fish. This is why we booked this house specifically so the older boys could go and fish while we were able to relax at the house with the baby. Upon arrival the AC was on 78. First time I have stayed at a VRBO and its that hot when you arrive. Next the hot tub doesn't work and its filthy dirty with slime on the walls of the hot tub. The children's bunk beds are……

The check in/out process went super easy. My vrbo app wasn’t working the day of check out and I texted the property host and they responded very quickly back with checkout info.
