“It was very nice place and worked well for our family of 10.We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 12-6 . It was cold when we were there but we had plan for that so they had plenty to keep them busy. The house has a separate room for the kids with air hockey ,games , TV, and this room also has two queen size beds and trundle. Including in this room is a small refrigerator and sink and pull out couch that might need some updating . The master room is nice bath has tub and shower the bed is king but……

“We stayed for a soccer weekend and the property was everything we could have asked for. Spacious outside and heated pool for kids, and areas for adults to relax.I would stay here again should life take me back for another soccer weekend. ”

“Owner was very prompt with responses and I never had trouble reaching anyone. I was made aware of small floor damage in one spot, and was advised on how to use the ac. Our group had a great stay and the home was very clean.”

“This was an excellent house for our family of 11. The game room kept everyone entertained and the house was big enough that we had space to spread out. ”

“The property was perfect for our family's stay over the holidays. We needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The two teens played ping pong and darts almost the entire time. There are 2 large dining tables, so plenty of space for sharing a meal. It would be nice if there was a little more furniture in the living room, but overall, it was a perfect retreat.”

Nice kitchen. kitchen towels would be niceCoffee pot instructions would be helpful.Coffee grinder does not work.Bathroom door next to the big bedroom the latch sticks and trapped one of the kids ”

“We loved our short stay at The Studio! The property was beautiful and very inviting. Everything was clean and the home had all the amenities we needed. The host was communicative and made both the check-in and check-out process easy. We enjoyed fishing by the lake, canoeing, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Perfect peaceful getaway!”

“First time with this host and it was a perfect experience. I just wish the stay was longer. We’ll be back soon! Very clean and well equipped rental. Place is equipped with entertainment and detainment areas within and outside the house. ”

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……
