"Nice friendly old inn in the middle of Newent. Opposite a good cafe and within walking distance to a number of pubs and bars. My dog was made really welcome and well looked after."

Extreme poor communication
"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait ..."
