"The house worked out great for us. It was clean, spacious. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio, which is simple but lovely. We listened to the birds and spring peepers. Great location for access to Letchworth Park and downtown Perry (for local eats)."

"The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again"
