"I booked the Kairaba Aqua Mondo hotel with Expedia and it was a non-refnudable booking which I totally understand. However, it baffles me that they could not make an exception or any sort of consideration for me. Here's what happened: I was going on a Suez canal cruise with my mum for her birthday ..."
