"Needs some work on small repairs to shower door and driveway entry door. Needs shelf under sink in bathroom for toiletries. Box frames under beds are a bit of a trip hazard. Outdoor landscaping needs some attention. Plastic dishes in kitchen have deep cut marks that make it difficult to wash them. ..."
