“The Eagles Nest at the Blue Heron Resort on Diamond Lake is not for everyone but we loved it. I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake. “Very convenient location to the NE Grand Rapids golf courses. Very clean, would stay again no doubt just wished the tv/cable/zumo box was easier to navigate and get national stations. ”
