“Had a nice long weekend stay. Meet our adult daughter and her fiancé for some family time.The lake house was just as pictured. Everything was labeled. They had more than expected for us to use. Everything we needed. Beach towels, Suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games, Keurig, etc. The couch and the beds were very comfortable. We swam in the lake every day. There are boats to rent, but since we didn’t have the experience we decided not to. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great time. ”

“I do not think the pictures actually do this home justice. The views are amazing. There is so much space for kids and adults. The screened in porch was so amazing. The whole family loved swimming and using diving boards. The home was clean and stocked. Very happy with our experience. It was very private and relaxing. 5 ”

“Really great location, and worked out perfectly for our family. A lot of room for everyone both inside and outside. The place looks nicer in person than in the photos. The only issues we ran in to were that garage opener didn’t work, the washing machine wasn’t in the best shape (we wanted to wash a few kids clothing items but opted not to when we opened it), and the wii didn’t work at all (we just really wanted to play guitar hero but not a big deal). “My husband & I came up from Indiana for a long relaxing weekend & the cottage was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio & drinking coffee or enjoying a good book. The kitchen decor was *chef’s kiss* When the neighborhood lost power for a few hours on our first night, the hosts were superb in communicating about the situation & even sending updates from the electric company. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I am not even sure where to start. Melissa was so informative and contacted me early due to a plan of her own and wanted to make sure that I had all the information I needed! When we arrived at the property, she had a cute ribbon tied around the door to signify which one was our room and provided all the details to enter. The room was beautiful, clean exactly as described! The decorations so adorable! Furniture, super comfy! Bathroom totally state-of-the-art! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!”

“This place was amazing! Melissa was friendly and VERY helpful. We had quite and adventure with a small kitten climbing in our bumper, but we got him out amd helped reunite him with his family! The view of the river was beautiful. And my husband was able to catch a walleye. This was the perfect spot for a mini vacation and hope to stay here again in the future.”

“Only a 4-night stay, but it was the perfect amount of time to enjoy this area of Michigan and get some local adventures in from.The Rogue River is a great spot for recreation. “Overall, the property was great. Location on the lake was amazing and the house was lovely! We had 4 adults and 4 13/14 year old boys. The boys enjoyed fishing and swimming. “This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!”

“We had a great little family vacation at Splash Inn! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was a very peaceful, relaxing location.
