It seems the owners have been extremely thoughtful and intentional with the design and layout of amenities of this Modern Aframe. Instead of being renters-you feel truly like guests. The owners have everything you need so you can just come and relax and be in the moment. This was a wonderful experience for our family. We will be looking to stay again.”

“This home was booked many months ago for a surprise birthday party for my mother in law! The kids came in from NC and IL. this home perfectly accommodated all of us! We rode down the river in tubes from the dollar store and Walmart! We cooked every day! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the grill is so nice! We chipped golf balls, sang karaoke, played basketball, threw football, played in the river, and enjoy nights under the twinkle lights on the back porch area. This……

“We had to split our party into using two units. Units C and D were what we rented. We were a bit disappointed in Unit C. There are no curtains on the windows and the blinds are not good enough to block out the morning light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were not up to code and the beds in Unit C were extremely squeaky. The two condos overall served our family, and the price is right. The landlord was immediate when we had a problem. And the condos are close to a grocery store and not……

“We very much enjoyed staying at Katy’s house. The house was clean, cutely decorated and had all we needed for our stay in Grand Rapids. We were never more than 20 minutes away from anywhere- the Frederick Meijer Gardens, Downtown, and many of the breweries we visited. The house has a quiet back patio that we enjoyed and when we saw there was not a coffeemaker (there was a Keurig), Katy brought one to us promptly. If ever in the area again, would not hesitate to stay here! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet lake with plenty of bird sightings and the deck was a lovely location for a morning coffee before heading out for the day. We also used the deck for snacks/games of cards in the afternoon. Lovely bedrooms and beds, and the blinds worked wonders if you want to sleep in. We had one adult with some mobility issues, but with the main living area downstairs and the deck, yard, and fire pit all easily accessible from there, it was a breeze. Everyone in our group……

“We stayed at Frank’s place the week of July 4th with our adult kids and grandkids. Loved the space outdoors with the big tree swing, large porch, fire pit and bball court. Frank was a kind and responsive host and easy to talk to. The indoor space is separated from but part of Frank’s house. We cooked most dinners at the house and kitchen was well equipped with nice table for family meals. The bedrooms and bath and shower are all upstairs with several beds in the first room along with the……
