The location is excellent if your destination is Taquamenon Falls or the Whitefish Bay area. We especially liked the ease of self check-in as well as the fire pit and chairs in the back. “Our family had a great week on Long Lake. The house sits on a beautiful part of the lake with wonderful views, a shady deck and nice dock area with a sandy area and lounge chairs for sitting by the water. The water is clear and weed free and had super easy access in and out of the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed to keep us fed and happy. Honestly we had all we needed and truly enjoyed ourselves. A couple of very minor things - no blow dryers in the bathrooms and showers didn’t have shower……

“Rock House is a charming lake house on a large, water-front lot with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. The beach is down a bluff, where you take stairs or motorized trams, which were pretty cool. The beach is sandy and you can walk for a very long way, if interested. We had a great time and highly recommend the property.”
