“This was a great place to stay and unwind for a couple days. It’s off the beaten path so to speak, but close to a Lake Michigan beach and also restaurants, etc of New Buffalo. Mostly a quiet property in a very nice neighborhood; wooded with nice amenities. ”

“We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. This house was built to be lived in. What a great location for a day visit to Macinaw Island or bridge access and northern Michigan. Some highlights: Red Tail Fox in back yard, Extra cedar sun room ( favorite morning coffee place), very comfortable beds and furnishings, Very Very clean, Fire pit with lots of outdoor seating, full kitchen, terrific master bedroom with spa tub and big walk-in showers. “The communication between the front desk and the renter was not the greatest. They had no idea what was going on and gave us misleading information. The actual cabin was amazing very clean. It was perfect for our vacation. Love the beachfront. The names of the waterpark on the listing are completely wrong, so it’s very hard to find them . so an update listing is in order.!”

“We had an amazing week at Andrea’s house on Lake Michigan. Andrea was a very attentive host and was quick to respond if we had questions or needed suggestions about the area.The property is very nice and has a big kitchen - full of everything you need to cook and a separate dining room with a table that comfortably fits 10-12 people for big family dinners. The wrap around porch was a favorite spot after dinner to relax in the lounge chairs and watch the sun set. Our kids enjoyed spending time……

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……
