“This is a nice, modern, cozy cabin which is close to everything Munising has to offer. It is tucked away in a little clearing down a dirt road so you get the experience of being away from it all in the woods while remaining close enough to the sites. The stars at night were beautiful. “I (40f) brought my son (20m) and newly graduated daughter (18f) up to the UP for their first time as a request by my daughter before she heads off to college. This cabin is so cute and very clean. “This is a beautiful cabin and a very peaceful Lake. There is about 5 mi of unpaved road to get there. The GPS worked pretty well but the owners were even better at letting us know how to find it. We ended up getting there after dark and did not have trouble. It's a little hard on your car to drive on the unpaved roads but it was worth it. You should also know that adds about 15 minutes to your time to get anywhere. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. Lots of room. There is no air……

“Our family of 5 had a great visit to Munising. Everything in the property listing was exactly as promised with the exception that the second room with three twins had recently been converted to two. Kindly, the property manager gave our girls access to the bunk house which was greatly appreciated. My 11-year old could have stood at the little beach area for three days straight throwing rocks. "The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
