“Staying in this yurt felt like stepping into a Disney movie. I saw deer and rabbits, heard sandhill cranes, and walked the trails the owners had cleared through the woods. The yurt was incredibly well thought out, with everything you might need: A heater, a fan, a one-burner stove, drinking water, and even a clever sink setup with a spigot and basin. And the outhouse - honestly, I've never wanted to linger in an outhouse before, but this one was so nice! It's beautifully lit up outside……

“At first we were a bit concerned as the other property is very close to the tiny house, but the other house did not seem occupied during our time there. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is tiny, but decorated very nicely with added flourishes and welcoming touches. ”

“The cabin was excellent except for VERY minor things. We loved the interior, the futons were comfortable, the bed was great, great view of the lake, clean inside, and freshly mowed grass. The oaddle boat worked just fine and I could have swam in the lake from the gradual descent of the lake. Things that could be improved, although very minor: clear out sliding screen door tract so door slides rather than having to constantly lift it; towel holders both in the bathroom and kitchen; jacket hooks……

“The property was in a beautiful area near Lake Fenton. The owners were very clear on instructions and easy to contact. The amenities were nice and provided a very comfortable and relaxing environment while we were in town for an occasion. Would definitely stay here again.”
