We had a problem with the entrance code one night, we weren't able to contact the host right away but we eventually were able to connect and he was more than helpful and gracious. Very nice man. We did call the VRBO contact center at the time and they were less than helpful, spent an hour on the phone with them, did not get any help and discovered they have no emergency plan in place. “The location is great and we really enjoyed having our two small dogs with us. The place is tiny and it would be uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with anyone other than my spouse. The first floor bedroom has a very comfortable mattress. I slept well, despite being used to a King bed, this is a queen. The one negative was there was no hot water in the bathroom sink.
