“This is the perfect location for a beautiful and serene vacation. We enjoyed eating on the deck with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. The beach is quiet and sandy which makes for a wonderful morning and evening walk. We were so thankful to be able to bring our dog with us. The cottage was clean and had an upNorth feel. My husband and sons enjoyed a few games of pool in the basement. We would definitely rent here again. ”

“From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group.”

“This is our second time here and it is a slice of heaven. A beautiful piece of property. We spent each of our evenings in the back yard at the fire pit. The house is clean and well appointed (even with a S’Mores kit). The hosts are excellent. A fantastic VRBO. ”

“This was our second year gathering at the Larks Lake Lodge and yet again it did not disappoint. Winter or summer, It’s a perfect fit for large groups or families. The kids love the paddle boat and room to play both outside and in. ”

“The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. ”

“This was the most charming cabin in the woods. This cabin doesn't just allow dogs, they treasure animals. Everything you could want for your pet was already there and available for use. There is also a seasonal sand road next to the cabin that is perfect for walking dogs. For humans, the screened in porch was the surprise delight. What a joy it was to sit on the porch in the morning, drinking coffee and listening to the birds and the wind in the trees. We would stay there again without……

The property is tucked away in the woods, offering a quiet, peaceful atmosphere while still being right on the water — exactly what we were looking for.The home is older but very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space and beds for everyone in our group to feel comfortable. The beachfront access and private dock were hands-down……
