“Our time at the facility was spent mostly in the evening and it was very relaxing. Our last evening was a bit marred as a horrific thunder storm passed through with threats of tornados and 75 mile an hour winds and hail The power was knocked out through the rest of stay and we had no flashlights etc. No injuries or damages to us but much damage in the surrounding area. Overall, a great stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, has a well stocked kitchen as well as towels, blankets & paper products. If you have more than two people there are only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but two of us sat at the countertop. We walked to all the stores and the waterfront park. The owner’s directions for arrival/check in were clear and easy to follow. Thank you again for everything.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The "cottage" is centrally located to area attractions. The landscaping is impeccable and creates a sense of privacy despite being so close to two intersecting roads. Check in was seamless, instructions were clear. The basement is a fun hangout and we enjoyed the firepit on our last night.The only downfall I really see is lack of bedroom furniture and the Adirondack chair in the living room is uncomfortable.”

He left a local map for us and spent time talking to us to make sure we knew where to go for dinner and had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic!
