“Stayed at this cute property in downtown Saugatuck while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our stay, close to everything, we were able to walk to the cute shops and restaurants. Can't wait to visit Saugatuck again in the future. ”

“I stayed here with two friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a fantastic time. The Cozy Nook is downtown so everything is within walking distance. The pullout couch was actually comfortable, which I find is rare! The only issue we had was it was very very cold. The only heater for the place is in the bedroom. We turned it up to 75 when we arrived, then went to dinner. When we got back, it was still freezing. We turned on the living room fan to hopefully help circulate the air from the heater.……

“Loved sitting on porch looking out over Lake Kalamazoo loved walking to Oval Beach and hiking trails in nearby Dunes. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Very quiet. Perfect for the two of us.”

“Very well done, cozy place. Short walk to everything. The only negative is that they hold your security deposit for 5 days after check out which seems excessive. ”

“The entire town of Saugatuck shut down due to a gas leak the morning we were supposed to stay and the host was amazing at communicating,trying to assist us in finding a new rental and ultimately providing a refund qith out any hassle or issues when there wasnt another option available in neighboring towns. Very impressed with the host. ”

“My wife and I stayed there for our wedding anniversary. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. In fact, they upgraded us to a better room. Parking is no problem. Everything is literally within walking distance. You will not go wrong by selecting the Porches on Mason.”

“The location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Easy to get to Holland for the Tullip festival and great for walking around Saugatuck. We’d stay here again for sure. And the shower! Great pressure, two side and the stone floor was very comfy on the feet. Loved it. ”

“Great location and a nice layout, but the second bedroom did not have curtains on the windows or air conditioning, which made it hot and uncomfortable. Extended family left after one night to avoid sleeping in that room again. Downstairs has a futon, not a pull out couch. This property is fine for two people, but doesn’t truly accommodate 6 people as promised. ”
