“We enjoyed our time”

“We had a wonderful time staying here! My inlaws brought their dog and we were only 5 minutes away from a small inland dog beach which had few people. We were also only less than 8 minutes from lake MI which also had a dog beach! The neighborhood was very peaceful and the house was very clean and extremely well stocked! Our hostess was very good at communicating. And very genrous! We couldn't be happier with our stay! v”

“I recently enjoyed this Lake House with several of my friends for a 4 day/3 night stay and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our group and right off the water. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The weather wasn’t so great so we gathered by the bond fire most night because we did not want to leave the lakeside. Our host was very nice and accommodating (even though we used up all the firewood). We can’t wait to come back!”

“We had a lovely stay. This home is very clean, comfortable and the location and home is beautiful. However, close to check in, we received a lengthy message from the host with several rules such as no cooking with cumin or curry, no moving beds around, no food or beverages in any bedrooms, etc. We found this rather restrictive when staying with our families and several small children. We also like to cook with cumin for tacos. Oh, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. So you can imagine……

“Gathered family to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Had a fantastic long weekend. Great home and so much fun with the pool and hot tub (and more!). The beach and Lake Michigan are a very short walk away and were great to see. Beautiful sunset! Great area with many things to see and do. Definitely recommend!”

“My mom and two teenage daughters and me were traveling and this was a good place to stop on our journey. The double bed and pillows were comfortable. The futon/pullout was not really meant for sleeping. There were not linens for the futon or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The double bed did have pillowcases and sheets. The keyless entry was smooth and worked as expected. The kitchen was small but adequate. It was not a full size fridge. But was a full size oven. It satisfied our……

“We stayed with lots of family for our daughter's graduation from Grand Valley State University. The house is so well stocked with everything you need to cook — inside and out. There are also lots of games and activites that will make your stay feel like home. Highly recommended!”

“Very comfortable. Lovely kitchen, dining and living area. Awesome “brisk” walks on beach, boardwalk, and break wall!! Lots of cards, playing games, football on tv, laughing and late night chats! Highly recommend. ”

“Absolutely gorgeous place that worked perfectly for the family reunion! Good balance of indoor and outdoor spaces for people to go socialize or spend some time. Everything was clean, well kept, and beautifully updated. Water pressure and temps were fantastic, plenty of convenience items like towels, kitchen tools, storage supplies, extra pillows, games, etc. Perfect for our needs and we'd definitely recommend it to others!”
