"Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived."

"We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require).
