Lovely find .
"Lovely welcome even though we checked in later than usual Room was large with a sofa and desk area( room2) . Overlooking the main road, but traffic noise wasnt bad. Nice brekki.. continental and cooked with fresh coffee , self service apart from your cooked order. Would return. Thanks."

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard.
