“Such a beautiful place with a high level of cleanliness, we couldnt fault it! Loved the little touches of coffee machine & classical music played on arrival into our room. We throughly enjoyed our time at the bell and we're already planning our next visit! Brunch was beautifully presented and the staff we're all fantastic, we've stayed in quite a few hotels and honestly this was one of our favourite. A beautiful, peaceful gem. Thankyou!”

“We stopped for one night en route to a family wedding and so glad we chose the Bull at Rippingham. Lovely family run pub with rooms. The family only recently took over the pub and are doing a fabulous job. Super comfy bed (new mattress) and very clean room with en-suite. Great atmosphere in the pub and the new chef has a great menu of excellent food, all locally sourced, generous portions and great value for money. Breakfast was amazing too. All in all 5 star!”

“Bed was comfortable room was clean ,mastic around window was terrible and out side window sill could do with a clean ”

“Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. ”

“Even though my visit was short the staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, food was very nice even though it wasn't my first choice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was nice and comfy. There was a couple of issues with the room, the remote for the tv didn't work, the bed moved about a lot and the ledge above the sink was in the way so was trying to avoid bumping my head to look in the mirror, but overall a very good stay, i would come back. Also Breakfast was very nice”

“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely……

“Great stay, friend team, lovely and clean room ”

“This was a one night stopover on a budget. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the raptors but from what I could see I missed out. Check in was later than expected but I received a text with the details on how to get my room key from the safe box. Room was comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. A bowl for cereal would have been useful. The room was a short walk to the car park, and some additional lighting, especially over the room door would be useful.”
