“Lovely attentive, helpful.and very patient staff. Our bed was really comfortable. Our room did look over the cathedral, which does mean the bells do wake you up at 7am! Still, it is lovely to be close to this amazing, historic building. Location amongst individual shops, which are a bit different, the cathedral and the castle is a real bomus.”

Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. “This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. Keeley informed us that a fan had been put in the cabin which was a lovely touch considering it was so hot. We had brought a small fan with us,……
