Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“A lovely B&B set in a quiet countryside location and yet close to many of Cornwall’s attractions. The property was extremely comfortable with June being the perfect host. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. The only improvement that could be made would be a better WiFi signal in the room but this did not affect our stay in any way.
