“Could not believe the lovely view we had of Fistral Beach. Our double balcony overlooked Fistral Beach. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It would be nice on check-in for them to explain by they charge 50 pounds per night up front.”

“We stayed in a ground floor lakeside apartment for a week in early June. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you needed from plates and cutlery to microwave and washer dryer. The weather was wet and cold when we were there so had to use the heating which worked well and their was plenty of hot water. The unit itself looked tired in places, vinyl plank flooring in kitchen looked like it had suffered water damage at some point, paint peeling on reveals around rear patio door and……

“Hotel was beautiful and clean. All the staff where very friendly, food was great with a great view of the beach. Only down side was the temperature of the room, we had a none sea view room (119) and it was really hot in the middle of the night. We had the door and window wide open with a fan on, both my kids where very sweaty and I had to get up twice to go stand outside in the middle of the night. ”

“It was a lovely stay. Some parts of the hotel needed a bit of attention, but I would return, no doubt. I love the fact it’s an independent hotel. We ate in each night on our 3 night stay, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Also the quality of the bar staff and the reception staff checking in and out. Can’t fault any of them. ”

“Very impressed with the accommodation, was expecting a family room but we were provided with an appartment that was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. Also did not realise the reasonable cost included access to the spa and pool which were fantastic. The spa had lots to do including 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, various cold shower settings and a caribean storm shower?! We were also pleasently surprised by the gym which was well kitted out and felt new. The staff were all very friendly……

“We enjoyed our stay, the grounds are beautiful and rooms very comfortable. The staff were a bit disinterested and lacked costumer service attention. We made use of the pool which was nice but having to book to use it was unusual.”
