“Brilliant guesthouse, actually an B&B Nice staff, and the breakfast is wonderful! Room is clean, and perfect for one person! Just a little walk uphill from town center, that might be demanding if you're holding a very heavy suitcase”

“Lets start with the basics: the.room was clean, warm, and spacious, in a nice quiet area. We could tell that a real effort had been made to make the room look welcoming. The entry arrangements were coear and very simple. We didnt use the cooking facilities but the kitchen looked well equipped and clean. Thank you. We will come again when next in the area.”

“We travelled in a group of seven and stayed in Artist Residence for three nights in The Cottage and a double room. The Cottage was fantasy and comfy for family, it had three bedrooms and accomodate for 6 people. The design is amazing! We can even cook for dinner and breakfast in The Cottage.”

“Great location and kitchen access was a plus for breakfast options. For the solo budget traveler without a car, there is no luggage storage, so be prepared to time your check in for the exact time with a key code access. if the company gave access to the lounge area only, this would be a plus.”

“Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return.”
