“We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. The communal facilities were spotlessly clean and showers nice and hot. It was a real bonus having a kitchen with electricity, fridge space and a lock box for……

The room was nice and comfortable and the the view from our balcony was nice. We only stayed for one night and it was a nice experience. We had the breakfast the next day and that was worth the money and very filling.”

“I know it’s very easy to criticise a stay but we have stayed in most of the harbour hotels and this one lacks the sparkle we normally expect. Service was very slow and tables left uncleared for lengthy periods. Not blaming the good staff but they were sparse and under pressure. There were stains on the bed base and carpets and shower hard to use and this was in one the the most expensive rooms. We ordered room service one item didn’t turn up and the other was not what we ordered so again not……

“Hotel very dated but lovely and clean. Well done house keeping. All staff very friendly and its in a great position in Newquay for walking to the beaches. There is a Bus stop right outside the hotel to the airport which cost £3 each.”

“Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! ”
