“We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. ”

“Stay at this hotel. Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service. The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme. The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. “james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”

“We were just up for the one night for the music on Plymouth Hoe. It was literally a 10 minute walk from The Hoe which was handy because the weather was horrendous. We were greeted at the door by Ian and Twigs. The guest house is immaculately decorated and I was impressed as soon as I walked in through the door.
