The door was wide open and neither we (nor the people in the upper apt.) had a key. Called the "host" and asked for a key to be provided.Response was that we should continue with our plans to go out as "only the people upstairs had access" and they had been checked out - required several calls to finally get the key and secure our "private" apt. ……
