“Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. “I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. “I booked this stay last minute because I wanted to be in a diverse and welcoming part of Calgary, and this location in the southwest part of downtown was perfect. It’s in a prime area with lots to do—just three blocks from the Bow River and Prince’s Island Park, where there are weekend music festivals, events, and scenic walking trails.
