“Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff , we had room 3 above bar , a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early but would return but ask for a different room”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“Lovely attentive, helpful.and very patient staff. Our bed was really comfortable. Our room did look over the cathedral, which does mean the bells do wake you up at 7am! Still, it is lovely to be close to this amazing, historic building. Location amongst individual shops, which are a bit different, the cathedral and the castle is a real bomus.”
