“A warm welcome at reception. On a very hot day it was wonderful to step into my room and find a fan on. All staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The large bed was very comfortable. I had dinner and breakfast, both were very tasty. The dinner menu had an excellent selection of food. Free parking close to my room was very welcome. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality.”

“The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area.”

“Clean and perfect location”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“I had a really great stay at the Bull Inn which is located in a lovely quiet village surrounded by the countryside. My room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable, and because it’s so peaceful, I had a fabulous nights sleep. Beats noisy large chain hotels any day!!! Lots of tea / coffee with biscuits provided which was nice as I’ve been to many hotels recently where you get minimal items. Lots of free parking and directly outside your own room which was brilliant for carrying suitcases……

“We had a really nice room - not very big, but I liked the quirky layout and it was very comfortable. Faculties were very good - we had a small fridge and coffee machine as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.”
