“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Stunning place , soaked in history was just perfect for what we needed , lovely restaurant and brassiere fully deserves the four Stars they have , the grounds are beautifully manicured just a great place to go and relax. We tried out the Spa not too busy but had everything you needed. There are only a few little niggles if you had to pick something the carpet in our room looked tired but that’s it really. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was very tasty……

We throughly enjoyed our time at the bell and we're already planning our next visit! Brunch was beautifully presented and the staff we're all fantastic, we've stayed in quite a few hotels and honestly this was one of our favourite. A beautiful, peaceful gem. Thankyou!”
