"This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over ..."

"We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work."
