“This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house……

“We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work.”

“I enjoyed my stay. House was clean, no odor. Had every thing we needed. Kitchen dishes, pots and pans and toiletry for a week. Bed was comfortable!! The theater downstairs put a twist to things. Would recommend !! ”

“Had a lovely time staying in this charming suite in Swede Hollow. It’s beautiful in person. The beds were so comfortable and the carpet was new. The property was very clean, we had great communication with the host, and the check out process was easy. I would absolutely stay there again. ”

“We loved staying here. It was mat perfect, but it was great having so many beds. The living space is small, but as pictured. The only down fall to the experience was parking situations. The host told us we could park basically all the way to through the back yard and noted there was a decent sized pad to park on, but the neighbors cars were parked there and we weren’t able to fit other cars on the parking pad because of it. Luckily we were able to find street parking near the house. Definitely……

“We stayed here with a group of women for my mom’s 70th birthday. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space, lots of bathrooms, and really cool layout of the home. Highly recommend for a large group!”

“The property was clean and met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, backyard had a wooden fence and shade, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host installed AC for us:) We used it, too. We would rent again. ”
