“This apartment is in a really nice neighborhood close to both shops and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked and the host left a basket of snacks which we appreciated. “This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where.
