"Both days cooked breakfast was cold,it seems odd that you order your cooked breakfast,but it arrived in a few minutes,so it looks like the cooked ingredients are kept warm in the kitchen.Whats the point of ordering when it already precooked and standing under heat,we were given a refund for breakfast ..."

"Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and ..."
