"The palace was clean and well keep over all, but it seemed to have issues with the heat. All the employees that work were warning winter coats in entrance area and in the morning that restrooms were out of service because there was standing water and a smell in the entrance."

"Overall a decent place to stay. There were no signs stating the name of the hotel. Front desk said they were changing names. Had to go their sister property next door for coffee and breakfast. At 30 degrees no thanks. Pool wasn't working and hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades. If you are ..."
