“The house was perfect for myself and 3 girlfriends! We came to Franklin to enjoy shopping the cute shops and eating at the wonderful restaurants. It was easy to get to from the Nashville airport...about a 30 min drive. The house was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed rocking in the rocking chairs on the front porch! We felt safe in the neighborhood and took daily walks. Would definitely atay here again!”

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, The Factory, and the quiet street is a huge plus. “We came as a family to support my granddaughter in the cheerleading competition at Nashville. We chose to stay just outside the Nashville hustle and bustle and we we delighted with our choice. It was a very cool rainy weekend with limited outdoor opportunities. We loved the house and the creek and still got to enjoy the porch and watch it rain. The house was set up great for kids and the chalk play table was appreciated! Our host was very helpful and we already had every thing we needed……

“Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. “Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding along with her side of the wedding party. Plenty of room for bridal shower. Convenient to stores in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the chickens next door from the back deck. ”

“Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area. ”
