“I booked this property for a girl’s weekend trip to the local Renaissance Faire, and it was perfect for our little group! The listing says there are several double sofa beds on the property, but we couldn’t figure them out and one person slept on the sofa as it was. She still said it was wonderfully comfortable and she’d want to sleep on that sofa again if we made the same trip in the future. The water temperature and pressure in the bathrooms was perfect even with five people showering an day.……

“Unfortunately, it was terrible. Towels were filthy and worn out, pillows were old and flat. Bugs and ants crawling on floor, walls, ceiling, and chair. Dryer didn’t work, soup dish in bathrooms were dam near empty. I wanted a refund. However we could not find another place Friday night after we checked in. We’re in town for my daughters and my nieces graduation. I definitely would not recommend nor refer anyone. Please get a professional company to spray that house for insects, spiders, ants,……

“This Stay Local site is very nice. We found it very clean. It was large enough that we were not crowded but small enough that it felt cozy and warm. The decor was well-done welcoming. ”

“This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting. The grounds are breathtaking (picnic tables, live music,……
