“This house in Springhill was the perfect location and jumping off points for visiting downtown Nashville, Franklin and family in nearby towns. I enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms as it gave everybody their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked and was helpful as we cooked meals at the house ”

“The house was set up well and was very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard b/c we had nice warm weather so being outside was key, bring a frisbee or football. The fire pit was also a fun space to gather around for the guys while the girls played cards inside. The inside living space was tight sometimes but we did have 7 adults and a baby. ”

“The photos are beautiful, but the property and cottage are even more exceptional than the photos! We celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday with a group of tweenagers. The upstairs loft was absolutely perfect for them while my husband and I watched the rain roll in on the gorgeous front porch. We had the most wonderful stay! The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were lovely and very comfortable! We will definitely come back! It’s a dreamy place for sure!……

“This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting.
