“Everything about Deer Ridge Lodge is exceptional ! It was the perfect place to meet our son's family for a mini vacation. The 7 of us had a delightful stay and we were fortunate to take in the Friday evening portion of Bluegrass on the Harpeth in the Center of Franklin. The teens had lots of fun in the game room and we took turns playing cornholes. My husband was a happy camper to be able to relax in the hot tub regardless of the hot weather. “We had 3 separate families meet up and we had room for everyone. Ages ranged from 6-75, and everyone had a plenty of room to either be alone, or gather in the living room. Our favorite spot was the porch with the hot tub and movie! The host left us bug spray, but we didn’t need out there, it was so nice and peaceful. “The home is adorable and welcoming. Comfy bed so we slept extremely well. Loved the rain shower head in the master bath. The front porch was our favorite spot to watch the fireflies and the heat lightening. We will be back for sure!”

So relaxing to sit by a fire in the fire pit, rock on the front porch during a rain storm, fish in the pond, wade in the stream, hike a trail, and float on a raft! We were in area for a family wedding and one night other family members came over for dinner. They were all jealous of our VRBO!! Hosts were amazing too! Check it out!”

“Our family group included seven adults and eight kids, ranging from 3-9. The property was as advertised. We were not disappointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a second refrigerator, which was very helpful. I took some kitchen things along and did not even take them out of the tote. The pool and hot tub were very nice and family-friendly. The hosts were communicative and responded to a few emails. The property is further out than we expected. It took 30 minutes to get anywhere,……
