“Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. ”

“This cabin is just the scene we were looking for during our getaway. It's rustic and tucked away in the woods on the side of a hill with hiking trails near. The property manager was very responsive, even late at night during a tornado warning. He made sure we were safe and taken care of. The driveway is very steep and could be tight for larger vehicles, but you get used to navigating it. The downtown area of Franklin is very cute and walkable. The city is not far away if you want to leave the……

“Clean very nice house. Steep landscape. Nothing to do outdoors. Fabulous deck (and living room) with broad view of the valley. Noise transmits from all rooms to all rooms so be careful if you are noise sensitive. Very Comfortable place to stay. and clean”

Will definitely stay here again:)Notes for improvements: Hot water in 2nd floor bathroom shower ran out after one shower so had to use other bathrooms for showering. A gas grill would be a wonderful addition to take advantage of the large patio and outdoor space. Pans in kitchen need to be replaced, they’re in very rough shape.……

“My family was in desperate need of a Thanksgiving away. We had high hopes when booking this secluded cabin and those hopes were met and exceeded. We so greatly enjoyed all we could of the outdoor spaces, even with a cold front blowing through. And the interior was very comfortable and more spacious than we expected. This property is out in the country and the many bugs anxious to escape the cold air into the house reminded us of that. Some elements of the cabin are dated, some light switches……

“My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary of when we meet with this rental of a cabin in the woods! It was very cozy and we enjoyed it so much. The beds were great. The porch was nice. The couch was terrible. I would suggest investing in a comfortable couch for guests who like to chill and watch tv! But we made it work and were glad to have this place to stay for the weekend. The owners communicated with us very well. ”
